All content, features, and functionality of the LYFTOFF platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of LyftOff or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. LYFTOFF Brand & Trademarks

The LYFTOFF name, logo, tagline (“Clarity for Ambitious Lives”), and all related marks are trademarks of LyftOff. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. All other company, brand, and product names mentioned on the platform may be registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. User-Generated Content

When you create content on LYFTOFF (community posts, comments, shared resources), you retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, by posting content on the platform, you grant LYFTOFF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users as part of the platform’s community features. You can delete your content at any time, which revokes this licence.

4. AI-Generated Content

Career roadmaps, skill gap analyses, and guidance recommendations generated by LYFTOFF’s AI are provided for your personal use. This content is generated specifically for you and should not be redistributed commercially. The underlying prompting architecture and guidance logic are proprietary to LyftOff.

5. Images & Media

All photos and images used on the LYFTOFF platform and marketing site are either publicly accessible press photos, taken at LyftOff events, or licensed from Shutterstock or Pexels. All clearly identifiable persons at LyftOff events have given their consent to publication.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the LYFTOFF platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes as intended. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution.
• Use LYFTOFF content to train AI models or for competing products.
