Why we exist
Too many people make life-shaping choices about school and work with too little guidance and too much noise. LYFTOFF exists to change that — to help you understand yourself, see your real options, and move forward with a plan that grows as you do.
Our story
LYFTOFF started with a simple frustration: the people with the most riding on a decision often have the least support making it. Bright, ambitious people were left guessing their way through choices that would shape years of their lives.
So we set out to build a companion for those decisions — one that sharpens your own judgment instead of replacing it. From Freiburg, Germany, we build for students, career changers, and families across Africa, the diaspora, and beyond.
